How to convert

When to use it
Look things up in long contracts, reports or textbooks: ask "what are the payment terms?", "summarize chapter 3" or "is there a penalty clause?" instead of reading everything.
Asking good questions
Be specific and short; the AI answers in the language you ask in and cites page numbers so you can check. You can ask follow-ups.
Good to know
Only the text extracted from the PDF is sent to the AI service, after you agree, and it isn't stored. Scanned files need OCR first. AI can make mistakes — verify anything important.
FAQ
Is my file uploaded to a server?
The PDF itself is not uploaded. Once you agree, only the text extracted from it is sent to an AI service (Cloudflare Workers AI) for processing; FileCustom doesn't keep the content. Don't use it for confidential documents.
Is the AI always right?
Not always — double-check anything important. Scanned files need OCR PDF first so the AI has text to read.
