When to use it

What is preserved
Text formatting, numbered lists, tables (with header rows repeated across pages), images, page size and margins. The PDF contains real text, so it is searchable and copyable.
Good to know
Supports .docx files (Word 2007 and later); save old .doc files as .docx first. Headers, footers and floating text boxes aren't fully redrawn yet.
