Payment problem?

Transferred but not on Pro, or charged by card but the plan is not active? Follow 3 steps:

  1. Allow a few hours (business hours) — VietQR orders are confirmed manually and you get an email when done.
  2. After 24 hours: go to Account → Support, pick "Payment problem" and your FC-… order.
  3. Attach a screenshot of the transaction and click Send — we reply by email within 24 business hours.

FAQ

What is one AI use?

Each summary, question, translation or quiz from a PDF is one use, covering up to about 10,000 characters of text (about 5 pages). Longer documents count as more uses. Guests get 3, free accounts 15 and Pro 200 uses a day; new uses arrive daily at 00:00 UTC.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. On every plan the tools process files right in your browser. Only the AI PDF tools send the text extracted from a PDF, and only after you agree.

What happens when Pro expires?

Pro is prepaid monthly or yearly and never charges you automatically. When it ends your account goes back to Free; renew any time and remaining time is added on.

How can I pay?

Bank transfer by VietQR (any Vietnamese bank, confirmed automatically) or Visa / Mastercard. Payments are opening soon.
