Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.
- In the app choose Add → scan the QR code below (or enter the key).
- Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app and click Verify.

Save these 8 backup codes: use them if you lose your phone; each works once. They are shown only now.
Sign-in methods
Delete account
Permanently deletes your personal information and signs you out everywhere. Any remaining Pro time is lost. Payment history is kept anonymously for accounting. Type your email to confirm.

Payment problem?
- Transferred but not on Pro yet: allow a few hours (business hours) for FileCustom to confirm — you will get an email when done.
- After 24 hours, or if your card was charged but Pro is not active: pick "Payment problem", choose the FC-… order and attach a screenshot of the transaction.
- Click Send — you get a confirmation email with an HT-… request number, and we reply by email within 24 business hours.
