How to convert

When to use it
When you need to fix a typo or update a phone number, date or price in a contract or quote and no longer have the original Word file. The tool detects each text block in the PDF; click a block, type the new text and it stays in place at a similar size.
Tips for clean edits
Keep new text close to the length of the old block so the layout doesn't shift; reduce the font size slightly for longer sentences. For scanned files, run Recognize text (OCR) first so the text becomes editable. You can also add text, shapes and notes, and move, rotate or replace existing images.
Good to know
All changes happen in your browser; the file is never uploaded. Keep the original for reference. Unusual fonts are replaced by a close match that supports all accents.
